Goals: Our project focuses on the identification of novel G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) expressed on immune cell types whose inappropriate, excessive or disregulated activity is implicated in the pathogenesis of chronic inflammatory, allergic and immunological diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (AD), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and multiple sclerosis (MS).
